Purchasing Tickets |
Prior to April 1st, the box office is only open on the first day of ticket sales for each show. The Marcus Amphitheater box office opens for the season on April 1st. |
The Marcus Amphitheater Box Office has implemented a random number distribution system also known as a lottery. The lottery system will be in effect for all major events during the concert season. The day a show is scheduled to go on sale, numbered wristbands will be distributed to persons waiting at the box office one hour prior to the scheduled on-sale time. To determine a ticket purchaser's place in line, anyone arriving after number distribution has been conducted will be directed to the end of the line. Receiving a number does not guarantee a ticket, only a place in line. One number will be randomly selected and the person with the matching wristband will be first in line to purchase tickets. All other patrons will line up consecutively. The Box Office reserves the right to suspend the random number distribution at any time and Milwaukee World Festival, Inc. does not assume responsibility for any unforeseen technical difficulties. |
Children two years of age and younger are not required to have a Marcus Amphitheater ticket, but MUST be seated on a parent or guardian's lap. |
The following additional items are not permitted in the Marcus Amphitheater: |
Though the camera policy varies by artist, professional cameras and video cameras are usually banned. Point-and-shoot and cell phone cameras typically are permitted by most artists. It's best to call the Box Office on the day of the show to confirm the camera policy for that day's performer. You may bring your personal binoculars. Recording devices are typically prohibited. |
