Service animals are allowed on the grounds provided the animal does not pose a danger or threat to other service animals or patrons. Owners of service animals are responsible for the animal's personal cares. A relief area for service animals is located behind the Respite Pavilion. |
There are absolutely no refunds. Admission tickets are valid for one day only, and are not for resale. The facility reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person violating the facility, local, state, or federal laws or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly, or offensive by management.
Performers, programs, dates and times are subject to change without notice.
Persons entering the facility may be subjected to search for contraband, cameras, video equipment and recording devices, which are expressly forbidden on the facility premises and are subject to confiscation.
Sale or distribution of any materials without expressed written consent of the festival could result in ejection or arrest.
Notice: Entrance to the festival grounds is at your own risk. Milwaukee World Festival, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation, is immune from liability for injuries to persons or property on the festival grounds pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 895.52.
Patrons entering the facility are subject to potentially have their image and/or likeness reproduced for promotional and/or publicity purposes in festival photography and/or web casts by festival, contractor or partner of the festival.

If your band is interested in playing on one of our grounds stages, submit an Electronic Press Kit through Sonicbids.com. Sonicbids is the website that helps bands get gigs and promoters book the right bands. They have musicians and music buyers of all kinds! For little more than the cost of print materials, CD and postage, you can create an EPK to submit to Summerfest PLUS have a three month subscription to Sonicbids. This EPK can also be distributed via Sonicbids to hundreds of venues and events throughout the world. |

If you have a reason for photographing a specific performer you MUST receive written permission from the artist prior to bringing your equipment on the grounds. You should also obtain an on-site contact for any day-of-show credentials. Artist credentials do NOT include admission to the festival. Professional equipment is NOT permitted on the grounds without prior written permission from artist management.
If you are interested in documenting the festival grounds and crowd shots, please contact Summerfest in advance. Photography requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis PRIOR TO opening day. Requests not submitted PRIOR TO opening day of the festival CANNOT be guaranteed.
Please specify your publication and include a contact name and number for verification. Incomplete requests cannot be honored.
