A patron may drop off his or her tickets for each Marcus Amphitheater show on the day of that show only to be held at Will Call and picked up by a person he or she designates as the Pick-Up Person. The Drop-Off Person must provide his or her own name as well as the full legal name of the Pick-Up Person. The Pick-Up Person must provide a government issued photo ID at the box office to collect the tickets. Tickets will only be released to the Drop-Off Person or the Pick-Up Person. Milwaukee World Festival, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. |
There are Automated Teller Machines located throughout the grounds. The ATMs accept the following cards: TYME, MasterCard, Cirrus, Visa, Plus, American Express and Discover. You can also use your Visa or MasterCard at all food buildings and bars on the festival grounds. |
During Summerfest, limited rentals are available for a minimal fee at the North, Mid, and South Gates (with proper identification). Electric scooter rentals will not be available during Summerfest 2010. |
All Lost and Found articles found during Summerfest are turned into the Police Command Post located just south of the Harley-Davidson Roadhouse. After Summerfest those items are turned over to Summerfest Administration. After 30 days these items are disposed of accordingly. |
All lost persons should be taken to the Lost Children's Area located on the north side of the Mid-Gate. We strongly urge designating a distinct area to meet in the event your party is separated. Under normal circumstances Summerfest security does not conduct "attempts to locate." The Milwaukee Police Department's decision to attempt to locate lost persons is at their discretion. |
The festival offers a check-in service, located near the information booths at each gate. |
