Absolutely no refunds on tickets. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen, counterfeit or already used tickets and if so, are void. The facility reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person violating facility, local, state or federal laws or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly or offensive by management. Performers, programs, dates and times are subject to change. Persons entering the facility may be subject to search for contraband, cameras, video equipment and recording devices, which are expressly forbidden on the facility premises and are subject to confiscation. No backpacks, large bags, carry-ins, glass, bottles, cans, wagons, in-line skates, skateboards, kites, frisbees, lawn chairs, laser pointers, pets, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, weapons, or objects that could be used as weapons allowed. No strollers or umbrellas allowed in the Amphitheater. MWF reserves the right to alter carry-in policies at any time.

Exit & Re-entry Policy: Pass-out wristbands to leave and re-enter the festival will be available at all gate areas from Noon until 6:30pm daily. Pass-out wristbands will be valid for same day re-entry until 7pm. No pass-out wristbands will be issued after 6:30pm and no re-entries after 7pm.

Notice: Entrance to the festival grounds is at your own risk. Milwaukee World Festival, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation, is immune from liability for injuries to persons or property on the festival grounds pursuant to Wisconsin Stature 895.52.

Consent: Persons entering the facility hereby consent to having their name, image and/or likeness, writings, biographical information or recordings of their voice captured or reproduced in any medium, forever and throughout the world, for editorial, educational, promotional, publicity, advertising or any other purpose by Milwaukee World Festival, Inc. or its affiliates, respective licensees and assigns, partners or the media.

Photo Clearance Policy: The artists and Summerfest management strictly prohibit flash photography, video and audio recording in the stage areas. Your equipment may be subject to confiscation.

If you have a reason to document a specific performer you MUST receive written permission from the artist prior to bringing your equipment on the grounds. You should also obtain an on-site contact for any day-of-show credentials. Professional equipment is NOT permitted on the grounds without written permission from artist management.

If you are interested in taking general grounds and crowd shots, you may contact Summerfest in advance. Photography requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis PRIOR TO opening day (Thursday, June 24, 2004). Requests not submitted PRIOR TO opening day of the festival CANNOT be guaranteed.
